The Challenge
About 29,000 products needed descriptions, SEO titles, tags, metafields and alt text — without touching the client’s hand-written content, price, SKU or handle.
Our Approach
Each product is classified first, content is generated with Claude, and a spec-table contradiction check runs after. The write-back to Shopify was staged: frozen snapshot, Matrixify backup, canary and pilot runs, live verification and a tested revert tool.
The Impact
The catalog was enriched at scale with a safe rollback path at every step, followed by SKU and price cleanup and a full handover package.
