The Challenge
Production SaaS for commercial real estate professionals. Toughest part was implementing row-level data isolation in the database to guarantee zero data leakage between tenants, combined with an AI document pipeline needing OCR fallback for scanned documents that failed native text extraction.
Our Approach
We implemented row-level security policies so tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer, not just in application code, added an OCR fallback step that triggers when native text extraction returns near-empty content, and wired Stripe subscriptions and a deal pipeline on top.
The Impact
Tenant data isolation is now a database-level guarantee rather than something that depends on every query being written correctly, and the document pipeline correctly processes scanned files that used to fail silently.
