The Challenge
Because the store sells across the EU, it needed French-compliant invoicing, per-country EU VAT and a GDPR cookie banner — on top of moving platforms without losing search rankings.
Our Approach
We set up destination-based VAT (OSS), mapped and imported 301 redirects, configured Subscribe and Save, converted images to WebP, fixed mobile layouts and cut a 2.3 MB font file, then switched DNS and set up email on the brand’s domain.
The Impact
The store now sells across the EU with compliant invoicing and VAT, kept its SEO through the move, and loads noticeably faster on mobile.
