The Challenge
WordPress LMS build on Tutor LMS Pro and WooCommerce. Real challenge wasn't the build — it was handoff: client had zero technical background, so the entire plugin stack, caching, and SEO setup had to be simplified enough for a non-technical team to run solo post-launch.
Our Approach
We audited and trimmed the plugin stack to what the team could maintain, pre-configured LiteSpeed caching and Rank Math SEO so nothing required ongoing technical decisions, and locked down DNS security before launch.
The Impact
The client has run the platform independently since launch — adding and updating courses without developer involvement, which was the actual success criterion for this project.
