The Challenge
Evans Golf needed Shopify and QuickBooks Online orders matched to a single product list. The main challenges were SKU mapping across 476 Shopify and 813 QuickBooks orders and getting QuickBooks token setup working reliably.
Our Approach
We built automatic fabric deduction per sale, a 6-month forecasting engine and SKU-level comparison reports, delivered in 7 milestones with role-based access, 2FA, an audit log and a status monitor.
The Impact
Inventory, purchasing and demand forecasting now live in one system that stays in sync with both sales channels.
